The National Center for Certification and Health Products (CNC) has today published itsAnnual Work Plan 2025, in which it establishes the operational objectives necessary to develop its activity throughout this year.
This plan includes the various activities planned, within the framework of the five strategic objectives that govern the work of the CNCPs: Provide guaranteesto society, increase Satisfaction of its customers, strengthen its Social impact Improving its national and international positioning, increasing the Efficiency Efficiency and, finally, Develop internal capabilities to improve human, technological and managerial resources.
The recent designation of CNC’s as Notified Body 0318 for the certification of medical devices for diagnosis in vitro according to the Regulation (EU) 2017/746 It has brought new challenges that have also been reflected in the objectives of this Annual Plan.
Among the objectives for 2025 are: adapt the CNC application for product certification according to the Medical Diagnostic Products Regulation In Vitro, establish channels of communication with the European reference laboratories to ensure greater coordination and compliance with the regulations, and execute a specific plan of qualification of the staff, in accordance with the requirements of the aforementioned regulation. With this plan, CNC reaffirms once again its commitment to quality, innovation and safety in the certification of medical devices.
