Hours of attention to the public

The service schedule is available on the working days of 9 to 14 hours from Monday to Friday, requesting prior appointment through the following email: secretariacncps@certificaps.gob.es. In it, the name of the company, the number of people attending and a description of the reason for the meeting must be indicated.

On Saturdays and holidays corresponding to the municipality of Madrid, the facilities of the CNCps will not be open and the telematic attention will not be available.

CNCps users and any other party interested in the certification processes can submit complaints and suggestions related to the provision of services through the following means:

  • In person, using this complaint and suggestion form, also available on paper in the facilities of the CNCps, presenting it in the Office of Information and Attention to Citizenship, located in the headquarters of Campezo 1 (will be accessed through the reception of Building 8), or in any other registry of public bodies. If the users so wish, they will be assisted by the official responsible for the formulation of their complaint or suggestion.
  • By postal mail sending the form indicated above to the Office of Information and Attention to Citizenship (Campezo 1).
  • Via the CNCps email: secretariacncps@certificaps.gob.es. The form of complaints and suggestions, with electronic signature.

All complaints and suggestions will be managed by the CNCps in order to respond to them and thus detect and implement opportunities for improvement in their processes. The complaints made will not have, in any case, the qualification of administrative appeal or paralyse the deadlines established in the current regulations for its filing.
